Maserati at Goodwood Revival

It was great to see the full range of Maseratis racing at Goodwood last weekend, with some excellent results.

I did notice that there did not seem to be an official presence from Maserati. I was looking forward to the Earls Court Motor Show to see if the MC20 was on their stand. Unfortunately unlike all the previous Revivals there was no Maserati stand either there or in the Circuit grounds at all. Does this mean that Maserati is slowly withdrawing from the UK?

I’d reckon they are just moving budgets around.  As well as the presence at the Motor Show at the circuit they’ve had a lunch at Goodwood House on Revival Sunday for many years and I’d guess they thought it had run it’s course.  Or are early sale sioif the MC20 so strong they feel that they don’t need to promote the car further. Who knows

Have always felt they were a bit weak in promoting the brand, the odd time I have seen a stand at events it has seemed that they had merely employed someone to hand out leaflets.

I’m with you there Lee, I’m sure if they asked members to volunteer that would be better.

People relate so much better to a brand if they can speak to an owner or an enthusiast.
