Gran Turismo Spare wheel

Could anyone please advise the space saver spare wheel and tyre size, that is supplied for the Gran Turismo Sport with 20″ wheels.

Many thanks for your reply.

I have contacted Scuderia, although at the moment they cannot advise the size they would supply, but hopefully they will reply with an answer. I just wondered if anyone had a wheel and could advise what was supplied, as I believe that the radial circumference should be within 5% of the current wheels.
