Hello Mark, if the Ghibli is similar to my Indy the suede dash top is held by a collection of nuts accessible from the foot wells. A tedious job, I did it first by lying on my back with the seats out to spot the fixings with a flash light. I confess I now leave them loose so the top can be removed without trouble !!! Oh, a 10mm socket on a long extension is the tool for the job…
