Entries have been brisk for our annual trackday, writes organiser, Geoff Lancaster. To have 16 entries already with four months to go to the event itself is excellent. Last year’s event won the coveted Anthony Hartley Trophy for Best Club Event and word seems to be getting around. From this year’s entries all have previously attended and six different marques are represented, Maserati (naturally), VW, Audi (an RS6), a Lotus Evora GT430, a Honda S2000, and an Alfa Spider. We run an open pit lane, traffic light controlled to allow three cars on the track at a time. With entries restricted to a total of 26 cars everyone is assured of more than enough track time and a very safe environment to exercise your pride and joy.

In an innovation to keep the event fresh we will be running on two very different track configurations during the day and top instructor, Mark Coles will be there all day to offer expert advice all included in the very reasonable price of £130, held at last year’s rate.
Book now to secure one of only 10 remaining places!”
Building on the tremendous success of last year’s event we will once again offer participants
and partners the opportunity to dine together on the previous night and David Daw, who organises the ‘social’ elements of the event, has secured unique accommodation for us right in the centre of historic Lincoln within the Cathedral precincts at The Old Palace, which as the name suggests was formerly the Bishop’s Palace.
