So the only change is that a clear touch screen overlays the OEM screen. It’s clear and see through when not in use (and does sharpen up the standard image a little – I don’t know why) and becomes “solid” when CarPlay or rear camera is installed. After 2 years of Apple (what I use) updates its even better now…..oh and I can use it better!

The touch screen btw is transparent – and unless you look carefully you won’t know it has been installed – the only give away is where you locate the microphone – here is me using it my QP for the first time – terrible video I know! https://1drv.ms/v/s!AoUimyn1b9uxgbIuVzvwtjD56nC5Dg

Got to be a market for luxury sport gran tourers that don’t focus on 0-60 times of 3 secs (4-4.5 will do) but look fabulous – bring back Pinanfarina and sell for £100-150k

I was there for all 4 days….Maserati were not a sponsor, had no stand and their only presence was to bring the new Levante Trofeo which was displayed in the new models section

i hope this is a step back for a relaunch

Ok – have spoken to a Maserati specialist who describe this as “a pig of a job” as Maserati, realising that the part was made of cheese, have a new redesigned part that doesn’t quite fit – so filing is required to make it fit!

    McGraths here we come!

I have got some new door stays – £120 each (ouch) – no need to get a pro to fit….

Grease applied and it’s not clear from the diagrams how it all fits together – might have to let the pros have a go!
