ParticipantAt the end the service carried out at Joe Macari together with MOT and end of warranty inspection.
Competitive price and overall a good experience.
Many thanks to Chris for the invaluable input.

ParticipantThanks Chris, I tried looking up the Organisation section but your email address is not listed.
Anyhow, I got a quote from the Graypaul Nottingham and was told I require the 3rd service which cost £1150.
The quote from Maranello Egham is £1350 which is the 4th service and it seems the difference between the 2 is Brake fluid.
The car has done 34k miles and will be out of the 2 year CPO warranty in July when the service/MOT is due.
I prefer to continue with the full dealership service history (HR Owen + Graypaul) but as it will be out of warranty after July, just wondering if it worth having the service done by specialist such as Nuvola or GVE or Autofficina etc which will cost less. However if something needs doing from the service/MOT and if covered under the warranty, it may be easily to claim if done by the dealer?
Any advice appreciated.

ParticipantThank you for the useful feedback. I am currently with Admiral and their renewal premium is close to £800. Tried AF, NFU and Locktons and are between £500-£600, with Privilege from Go Compare’s panel lowest at just over £400 so may just go with them.
My experience echoed feedback – found AF call centre unprofessional and asked too many irrelevant questions, whilst both NFU and Locktons are courteous and helpful, with many extras included in the policy as standard to be fair.

ParticipantManaged to reset via the steering wheel controls.
On another note, about to renew the rear tyres but came across a Pirelli P Zero available in the same size 285/35/20 Y but with a higher load rating (104) which is reinforced but not full run flat rather than standard load rating (100). Is there any merit or downside in switching to 104 or better to keep standard 100? The price difference between the 2 versions of P Zero is negligible.

ParticipantI only have the quick reference guide which runs to page 105, and also drew a blank from the “On board documentation” DVD, so would appreciate if Profchristopher could advise how to get this changed, thanks
