ParticipantIt could be the micro switch on the exterior door handle. I am sure another club member had the same problem and this was the solution

ParticipantHi contact David Askew Maserati you can google him and then send him an email . David has lots of second hand parts for the 3200 can can probably supply the part you need , if David does not have the sensor try McGrath Maserati or Autoshield in Manchester.

ParticipantI think it is a good idea to support charities through our events and through raffles at Christmas lunches.

ParticipantUnless Maserati have a change of heart then the future for 3200 and even 4200 is that some parts will become obsolete. Through the club we have access to some very good independent garages and I am sure they will find solutions where possible after all it is in their interest to keep these cars on the road.
For anyone needing a 3200 clutch Eurospares are showing stock of clutch discs, pattern clutch plates, as well as brake discs. Modena performance in Germany also have clutch plates and discs and also can chains and chain sprockets, look and purchase through ebay.

ParticipantWell done to all those involved with the organisation and thanks to those that provided the cars.I was lucky enough to be on the stand on Saturday and it made you proud to be a club member.

ParticipantIts a sad day when a Manufacturer uses clauses in the purchase agreement to get out of what is a genuine warranty claim. You would seem to have no option but to pay and then try to recover your money later down the line, I would be interested to know what clause 3c actually says.
Hope you get it sorted and perhaps the club has some contacts that can help
