I was talking to a Maserati owner a week or two back (at the Bromley Motoring Pageant) and he mentioned that most owners are not satisfied with just one Maserati and often end up with a few. At the moment I only have the one but wondered how true this statement is? I suspect it is probably more true of owners of the older cars or have been addicted to the brand for a number of years.
It’s a fair comment! Once you own one, you MUST have more! I had a QPV which I loved, but had to sell it with the move to Brussels (only space for 1 Maser in the UK garage).
Would still like a Merak…. One day!!!!
Always loved the Merak (and Bora) and nearly bought one once, but place selling was hopeless, wouldn’t budge on price and ended up selling for half what I offered! That being said it may of been a lucky escape!
Also have a thing for the Khamsin but suspect I have missed the boat on the old classics now.
Yes, one is never enough if you have the space to store them. I’m lucky enough to have one current era car as a daily driver plus cars from the noughties and nineties as weekend toys
I only have the one, and the space for one, at the moment. I do have a list of cars I’d like to have, it includes 3-4 more Maseratis. Its just a question of time.
“Every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time
Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way”
Would suggest getting those Masers sooner rather than later đŸ™‚
