Hand brake cable needed urgently!

Hi folks,

I’m really struggling to get a cable for my 4200 CC (2004). MOT failure and I need the car back on the road ASAP. Tried Euro & Scuderia and it’s a factory back order with no ETA! Does anyone know if it can be sourced from either a Ferrari or fiat spares?? My other thought was to get one custom made but where? Any recommendations appreciated
