My Gran Turismo S has rubber end caps on the vibration dampers either side of the boot lid. Sadly I have probably had one wiped off in a car wash and I need to replace it.
They are not sold as separate items, only as part of the whole damping arm which is about £10 a side. Spending over £14 with postage to replace a 2 pence cap seems a bit daft, so I wondered if anyone had found a suitable replacement, or knows where to source the originals.
Dimensions are a 20mm diameter with a 10mm hole providing a 5mm rim inside. The actual arm is 14mm wide at the end. I have been looking at simple end caps sold on Ebay that will probably do the job but just wanted to check that I can’t get anything better first.
