Given that the events forum is not working properly I thought it might be worth posting a quick message in here about the Festival Italia event at Brands Hatch this coming Sunday (13th August).

Looking forward to catching up / meeting members, hopefully the weather will be kind to us!

I was wondering about the weather been raining a lot here.

But looking forward to seeing everyone this year,  plus I’m bringing the club flags along.

I think the forecast is ok so hopefully will stay dry and and hopefully a bit of sun too – well we can live in hope! Looks like they have given us a nice spot again this year – although sadly seems we will be a bit lighter on cars.

Looking forward to catching up with people.

No rain predicted so far. For me that’s the best spot, so many attendees will be walking past. Shame we might not have the space full.

    See you on Sunday.

Im sure we will put on a nice display regardless! Possibly could still arrange some tickets if people wanted to join us!

Shame the events pages wasn’t working for a while as I’m sure we could have got a few more attendees.

Well the weather was ok for the most part and I think we had a pretty good turn out with some interesting cars! It was good to meet up with fellow club members, some old friends and some for the first time. We were once again given a prime spot which is a bonus and with the Maserati cars of non (potential future) members parked adjacent I think the brand was well represented, yes there were a few things we could improve on but hopefully that is something we can readdress next year.

Thank-you to everyone that attended and I hope you had a good day.

It was good day out Lee, not too hot so that made the walk around less exhausting.

I also liked the fact that all the Maseratis were together so the public has a nice long line to walk past.

The Sebring was a bonus to.
