So is the FAE 14030 the oil sender unit people are using in their 3200GTs?
I had this on my old 3200 without any problems
So fitted ok – how did it read? Seem to be reasonable cost too.
Fitting was a bit fiddly and had a few scrapes – but my hands are not as rough as they used to be when I did a lot of Kung fu.
Reading was very good & steady, the old one was all over the place.
I can’t remember what I paid but at the time it didn’t seem too costly.
So was connection the same? What did it read on gauge at idle and when driving?
Have sourced an original and will have it reconditioned.
Thanks Lee, let us know the outcome of the reconditioning & who did it.
