3200GT handbrake plates

Hi everyone

My 3200GT failed its MOT yesterday as both of the circular handbrake plates have rusted through and need replacing. Europarts and Maserati no longer stock these (part no 388000348). I wondered if any members have had similar issues and if so, how replacements were sourced. Currently options I guess are to try to get someone to specially fabraticate more or find a car being broken for spares…

Any advice much appreciated

Hi Adrian, when I had my 3200 I had them reclined, however you can also get replacements now. I know owners who have also used these suppliers. I paid about £50 to have mine sorted.

Thanks for the reply – these are parts I am after (see below) – I have just seen a seller on eBay selling them for £170 EACH!!

Hoping to find a more affordable means of replacement…
