    So given that the Ulez requirement is 0.08 it seems the 3200 GT is under according to Maserati themselves! Seems somewhat wrong that these ULEZ schemes refer to log books rather than the homologation papers.

    For your information the Exhaust emissions are reported on the original homologation document (COC – Certificate of European Conformity) of your car. In particular, the NOx Emissions are 0,057 g/km.

    In case you should need the COC duplicate, please be informed that to order it you should have to contact the official Maserati Dealer you prefer.

    They will manage your kind request explaining to you how to proceed.

    That’s really interesting, my GS is not ULEZ compliant but those registered 3 months later are so I wonder if they just did a blanket cut off date.

    The same with my old BMW which is registered one day before the cut off date. I can see a lot of appeals going through based on this.

    The cut off date is more to do with whether the NOX levels are recorded ofn the vehicle registration, not whether they are compliant. They had relied on the homologation papers, far more would be compliant but less profitable.

    Took the car to HR Owen at Hatfield today, they took all the details of the car and me, hopefully get the CoC sometime next week.

    They were very welcoming and was a pleasant experience.

    That’s great news for all 3200 owners in London and anywhere else ULEZ will be going. So my old 3200 would have been a better bet in SW London now.
