Very grateful for this info.  The issue would now seem to be whether we formalise the level of requirement such that it can be discussed with suppliers, specialists, in order to get a view on whether it is worth sustaining by them. Given the number of 3200s and 4200s presently on the road in the UK not sure this is going to be a compelling proposition but perhaps linked to demand in Europe it might be more hopeful.  I believe the matter is going to be raised at Committee meeting.
