Good morning Marcus, Dave Jenkinson here, I was going to give you a lead but now see you are at the other end of the country. However, I have had a similar problem which won’t disappear after a total discharge of original battery. New battery fitted only to discover faults similar to yours but with the added bonus of the alarm resetting itself as the door is shut.
in my neck of the woods McGrath’s of Kimpton near Hitchen, Herts, have been extremely helpful but, this is beyond them and have directed me to Jardine Motors, Colchester. They, I have been reliably informed will have the software to tackle anything.
