As you have a 2001, you should be able to use a standard ODB but will only be able to read the codes not reset them.
The Unidiag field will enable you to do more but can be trouble some getting the connection. There was more than one type of ECU on the 3200 & my files are over 15 years old. However 9/10 people I send the girls to manage to get it to work.
The files were originally created by an owner in Holland, there used to be a yahoo group to exchange messages but this has been closed down now. I do have a history of the messages but it’s very time consuming to sift through.
Try the files as a start.
