I’m not sure if you can switch off the alarm without the key, from memory fuse 8 the red 10 amp is for the alarm system control. Check the fuse page in the car manual, remember if you are going to attempt disabling the alarm then open the boot and lower the windows. Assuming the car is garaged.

The batteries should just drop out so someone has probably done this as they were loose, you could try a local jeweller and see if they can carefully remove both batteries.
