    Hello everyone I have GTS (59 reg) and my bootlid only opens with the button inside the car on the dashboard.

    Wondering if anyone knows how to reset?

    Only happened today (not intermittent).

    I stuffed two large bags in the boot and had to close the lid tight; wondering if this might have caused it.

    Either the lock is jammed or you can try under the rear seat there should be a cable release.

    If the battery is flat this could also cause the button release to not work.
