I was expecting / hoping it would be a bit busier in here by now!

It is quiet here. There don’t seem to be many people following the forums, or using them as a resource at all.

Is it worth creating some model-specific categories?

I’ve recently had my Granturismo S serviced and fixed, and wonder whether other GT owners would share their experiences of the garages, the items that required attention and costs. Putting all that under General Chat or just under Tech Talk means it will get lost as the forum grows.

The site http://www.sportsmaserati.co.uk separates by model and makes it easier to find appropriate threads.

    Just a thought!

Probablay will be something worth doing if / when a few more use it.

One for the moderator then: is there a setting I can activate to make sure I get sent any updates to the forum when someone posts?

I can see that Lee has responded to my thread but, unless I remember to visit the forum again, I sit in ignorance.
I would suggest that if the forum server becomes more proactive then the participants will become more active.
Until visiting the forum becomes part of my regular/daily internet activity, this will help to drive interaction and website traffic.

That may be worth following up.
We would have to think carefully about how we group models, as ‘Classic Maserati’ would be a little vague here…..

It is possible to ‘Subscribe’ to Topics – see the ‘Subscribe’ option in the Topic title bar.
When posting, you can also select the ‘Click here to notify me of follow-up replies via email’ at the bottom of where you enter your post.

The Developers have enhanced the ‘subscribe’ option that was always by each Forums path and have now made it clearer.

You can subscribe to one of the Forums by clicking on the ‘subscribe’ button – see below:
