Thanks graham I will look at that although at this moment I am logging in and out most successfully bit next time the problem  arises I will use your advice.

regarding the WhatsApp group I had offered originally months ago, when the committee original rejected my idea of a WhatsApp group, to run it fir the club so as not to cause more work for the few who already offer their time for the club.
