    Evening All,

I hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine and the weekend get aways in the Masers.

I have just got back from a wedding this weekend and one of my parcel shelf speakers has blown so any deep bass just rattles, even at low(ish) volumes. I was just wondering if anyone had ever replaced the speakers in their 3200 or know of how to or have any advise about doing so?

    Kind Regards,

    Henry

    Hi Henry,

    Avoid ‘Drum & bass’!!

To be honest, just go along to a decent Car Audio specialist, and they should be able to replace the speaker for you, no doubt with something better than the original Maserati supplied part.

Eurospares have a used one for £58, if you want to so it yourself you may need to fold up the rear seats (the rear seat bases pull up towards the front seats), to take the seat backs back to access.

Indeed, a great weekend for a nice drive…. We did!

I would  agree with Graham, probably best to replace / upgrade with something aftermarket.

    Hi Guys,

Thank you guys for the replies. Had a quick look over the weekend and have a temporary solution of just unplugging the rear right hand side speaker. Previous owners seem to have been back there as the back seats were not on their clips.

I am now going to start a new thread for rear seats removal 🙂 !

    Kind Regards,

    Henry
